Breakfast Benefit for the Ballantyne Family, Sat Feb 11th

The YPFC Organization is dedicated to being involved in our community and providing help when needed. Well, this time, it’s really about helping one of our own.

In support of Dusty and Misty Ballantyne (YPFC President) and family, we invite you to attend a Pancake Fundraiser Breakfast at Applebee’s in Ottawa.

Saturday February 11th 8am-10am
at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar
2340 South Oak, Ottawa

The ticket cost is $5.00 per person and can be bought from any YoPro Board Member, the Chamber, or at the door at Applebee’s that morning.

Gift Cards and Fuel Cards will also be collected to help the family with expenses. Thanks to everyone who wishes to help and support the Ballantynes!!

YPFC is still filling our list for members who would like to volunteer to work at this event, please let us know ASAP if you are available 7:30-10:30 and want to help.

YoPro to Help with Rodney White Memorial Blood Drive

Another February event that we are excited to announce is we will be volunteering for the Rodney White Memorial blood drive being held on February 25th at Celebration Hall.

Volunteers are needed to help set up in the morning and to help take down in the afternoon.

And of course blood donors are wanted!

As many of you know Misty Ballantyne, the Chamber Ambassador Chairperson and President of Young Professionals has had a family emergency. Her husband, Dusty had a brain tumor removed. A huge thank you to all the YoPro members that made it out to Pizza Village on Jan. 12th, we appreciate you coming!

Amy Richard from Exclusive 3rd St. Spa was our speaker and she did a FANTASTIC job! We cannot thank her enough! She was even gracious enough to let everyone know that when you set your appointment with someone at Exclusive, to let them know you are a YoPro member and you will receive 10% discount off your service. So make sure to check all the wonderful services that they provide and make your appointment today.

Rick the owner of Pizza Village also spoke to the members and did an amazing job as well. It’s so interesting to hear the ideas and receive the knowledge from local small business owners.
